|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — I chose these apartments because of location and the attached garage. I had very nice help from Heatherly and Maiya in the office with answering all questions as well as trying to accommodate my time frame of moving in. I've only been here a very short period of time but I must say that the maintenance staff has been awesome in addressing minor issue with garage door. All neighbors I have met and introduced myself to have been extremely kind I know it is still very new but I honestly believe and feel that this will be a great place to live Everything you can possibly ask for is less than 2 miles away, from food to shopping

|Recommended: YesWell Managed — I would strongly recommend it. The apartment I was in was quiet, well maintained. Staff cared about my needs and worked hard to meet them.
|Recommended: YesHome-Feel To Living Here. Very Professional Staff. — It is a very great location and everyone is very friendly. I would suggest a downstairs unit for the sole fact of having hardwood instead of carpet, but it is a phenomenal place to live, especially if you are young with no kids.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment In Birmingham Al. — Peaceful quiet area to come home to. Everyone is nice and the staff are very helpful with anything you need. Price is fair and honest. No unknown hidden fees or problems at all Signed 15 month lease and definitely will be staying much longer
|Recommended: YesLove The Location — Love being close to restaurants, stores, gas stations, and easy interstate access. Glad that we found this place with so many amenities.
Only complaint is that the upstairs neighbor’s children like to run and jump inside. We hear it all. The noise does stop at 10 PM.
