Somerset at Trussville is a pet-friendly community!. We offer a leash-free pet park, pet-spa and keep treats in the office! We allow pets of all sizes. We require a $350 non-refundable fee per pet and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario's, Husky's, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Great Danes, Saint Bernard's, and Akitas. Restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
